Returns & Refunds
Here at UKPrinting.com we genuinely take great pride in our products and customer service. That's why we have won several awards for our high standards and print quality. We want our customers to be delighted with their shopping experience and while it doesn’t happen very often, if there ever is a problem with your order we will do everything we can to rectify it.
Please can we ask that you always inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice something isn't quite right, please notify us immediately either by contacting your Account Manager or by emailing photos to Sales@UKPrinting.com. As part of our QC procedure and in the interests of solving any problem swiftly, we may request that we collect the delivery in question so we can inspect the goods. Therefore please do not split the delivery or use any of the products in question.
Once the order has been collected and quality checked we will confirm if it is faulty and will either reprint the faulty part of the order or provide a refund for the faulty proportion of the order. Please see our terms and conditions for further details.
Cancellations
Any Pro-forma orders can be cancelled up until payment is made. Orders for plain stock can be cancelled or returned for a refund within 14 days of order. Plain stock items sourced from overseas, or that have been custom made cannot be returned.
Returns
If for any reason you wish to return your items, please do so within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, exchange, or credit note. If your order consists of multiple items, the 14 day return period runs from when you receive the last batch of goods. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Goods that are not faulty will be returned at your cost.
All bespoke printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else. To return an item please contact us to obtain a return address.
Receiving your refund
All refunds will be made within 30 days of UKPrinting.com receiving and checking the returned goods. If the products are deemed damaged and/or unsaleable then the goods will be returned and no refund given.
Exceptions
All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else so please always double check the proofs and artwork visuals we always supply with every bespoke order. If there is a print error deemed to be our fault we will offer to re-print the products or provide a refund based on the percentage of goods in question. Please note that we will require photos of the items for us to assess before you return them to us and any liability is agreed.
