Express Service: What's on Offer?

Our express service gives you, our customers the option to have smaller runs of your branded products, with fast lead times - a lot of products are produced and dispatched within 48 hours. We have a range of products available including mugs, pens, water bottles and bears. Each of these comes from our in-house workshop based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Our team works together to produce high quality products, within a quick turn around, ensuring that you are kept updated from order placed right through to delivery.

UKPrinting is a trusted supplier for many well-known brands. We offer thousands of quality printed products including, printed paper bags, promotional keyrings and promotional mugs. We have worked hard to find suppliers who can provide the highest quality products for our customers and work with highly experienced teams to provide the most eye-catching designs on promotional merchandise. 

UKPrinting along with our sister company UKPackaging are owned and operated by 3P Direct - The Print and Packaging People. In 2020, we were given approval for an extension which doubled our space, allowing  us to evolve our businesses and provide a better service to our customers. In this extension we have been able to build an in-house workshop, enabling us to offer a range of products produced in house, from start to finish. In 2022, with our new extension complete, the workshop fully stocked we were able to launch our Express Service.

Our express service offers something that most suppliers aren’t able to do, but many of our customers need. Smaller quantities and a speedy turnaround. Our express service started off with express mugs and express pens, two of our best selling products. We set our minimum order quantity to 10 mugs and 3 pens allowing us to reach out to smaller businesses and offer our existing customers smaller runs and branded gifts. It also allows larger businesses to test promotional campaigns to a smaller audience and get feedback prior to producing larger runs of promotional products. Our range has since grown to include water bottles, bears, keyrings and more. The full process is managed in-house, meaning our account managers are involved in every step of the process, making sure the end product follows your company's brand guidelines and is visually pleasing.  

We offer a 24/48 hour service and fully tracked shipping on all express service products.. Each order placed will receive a lifestyle preview for approval before the order is sent to our production team to fulfil.

Our express mugs range offers a variety of options for your brand. With plain white Durham mugs and coloured two-tone mugs to match your brand colours.

Our express promotional mugs are available with different print options depending on your needs. We are able to print in full colour and your mugs can have your branding on 1 side, 2 sides or as a full wrap around the mug. Each of our mugs has a minimum order quantity of 10 mugs. Pens are one of the best selling promotional products globally, they are inexpensive, easy to distribute and keeps your brand in the mind of your current and future customers. We offer a range of premium quality pens from brands such as Parker and Cross. Options include ballpoint pens, rollerballs and fountain pens in all different colours and styles. Each of our express pens are available with laser engraving.

As our express pen section features pens in a wide price range to give as branded gifts for staff, suppliers or customers. You can order your branded pens from a minimum order quantity of 3. The Parker Jotter range is an excellent option for promoting your brand to your customers. This ballpoint pen is available in stainless steel or in a range of colours. Other promotional options include the Cross Bailey ballpoint pen in silver with gold finishing details and the Parker IM Black Rollerball pen. Each pen is finished with intricate details making them all unique.

We offer a number of pen gift sets on our express service. These sets all include a pen, many with notebooks but we also have a pen and pouch set and a wallet. They are available in smaller quantities starting at 5 or 0 depending on the set you choose. These are ideal as a thank you to employees at the end of a successful business year. A popular option is our Cross notebook and pen gift set, available with 4 different coloured notebooks and 3 different pens making it a versatile mix and match gift. The gift set comes with a laser engraved Cross Calais pen in a chrome, chrome and black or chrome and blue finish. Another gift set option is our Waterman Allure duo gift set, featuring 2 black pens with silver trims, presented in a luxury Waterman gift box. 

Notebooks are a great cost effective option to add into your arsenal, their portability makes them a hit with potential customers. They are an effective way to effortlessly raise your brand awareness, by having them on desks and in meetings. Our range includes 13 different coloured A5 Moleskine notebooks.

Our express Moleskine notebooks are available to you from as little as 10. These classic hardback notebooks have a soft cover allowing them to be debossed with your logo or text. We have debossing available in plain, gold or silver. If you are looking for something conservative have some of our black moleskine notebooks debossed with the initials of your team. To stand out you might like our reef blue or scarlet red options which will certainly get noticed on your stand.

Express Moleskine notebooks are available with debossed personalisation on the cover. This range can be produced and dispatched in 48 hours if you have standard letters or numbers debossed. If you require your logo to be debossed onto the front of the notebook this would take up to 5 days as we require a plate to be made. For any repeat orders once a logo plate has been made we are able to dispatch within the 48 hours. You will receive a lifestyle proof for approval and your account manager can keep you up to date throughout the process.

Other great choices include our Topflask 500ml range in various colours such as green, red and blue.
